It is our humble request you to please go through the below points before booking your stay at “Himaal” so there are no surprises when you finally visit us:House Rules/Terms & Conditions
- Pets are not allowed
- Check in time: 3 PM (Available till 9 PM)
- Check out Time: 12 Noon (Available as early as 8 AM)
- Last Dinner Order: 7.30 PM
- Last Dinner Service: 9 PM
- Valid Indian Identity Proof is required for Check-in like Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License or Voter ID. PAN Card is not acceptable
- Passport with valid Indian Visa is mandatory for foreign nationals & Non resident Indians
- We do not cook & serve Non vegetarian food like chicken, meat and fish etc. Our menu is vegetarian and we have some dishes with egg in it for which seperate cookware is used.
- Breakfast timing: 9 AM to 10.30 AM
- Non-operational hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Breakfast service is available only on 1st Floor
- Extra bed can be arranged in some rooms at an extra cost.
- We do not have in house laundry service but there is a laundry shop nearby which can pick & drop your laundry from our property. Payment for the same will be collected directly by them.
- Smoking cigarette or Hookah is not allowed in all rooms and most of the room balconies and public areas. Guest are requested to use the rooftop area for smoking. We also have few rooms (Room 8, 6 & 7 on 2nd Floor) where you can smoke in the balcony only. Please inform us beforehand and we will allocate one of these rooms if you smoke.
- Consumption of outside food in public areas is not allowed.
- Early Check-In or Late Check-Out are subject to availability and at an extra cost.
- Drinking alcohol is not allowed in Public Areas, Dining hall & Lounge Areas. Guest can either drink in the privacy of their room or inside the Rooftop Hut area only. Guests are requested to drink responsibly & Unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
- We do not have accommodation facility for accompanying drivers, we can suggest stay options for them nearby for which payment will be made directly by guest or driver. Drivers are free to use our public restroom to freshen up.
- Please do not cause any damage to the decoration items, rugs & electronic items etc. in the room and public areas. In case of any damage, we will have to charge them in your final bill.
- We are a “Travel Sustainable” Property and hence we do not organize bonfires or use coal in any part of our property.
- We have a limited In Room Dining Menu, Guests are requested to please use the dining hall or Lounge areas to enjoy full menu options. We are a small family run business so this is done to protect our linen, carpet & towels etc. from damage and saving cost on relacing them frequently.
- We will be requesting you to wear our clean footwear to access the inner areas and keep your shoes in the shoe racks at the entrance which has room wise sections with individual shoes bags. Your footwear will remain with you till you Check-out and no other guest will use them during your stay to ensure proper hygiene. You are free to use your clean personal slippers as well or ask us for shoe covers if required. Himaal is our home and we need your support to keep it clean for everyone.
- Please do not use bathroom towels including bath, face and hand towels to wipe shoes or any dirty objects. In case of any damage then we will have to charge it in your final bill.
- Domestic Card payments will attract a processing fee of 1.10% for Debit Card and 2.25% for Credit Card.
- International Card payments will attract a processing fee of 3% + 18% GST
- Himaal reserves the right to evacuate a guest who does not adhere to the above house rules.
