Continuing our quest to provide a unique and authentic mountain experience, we thought of introducing our guests to traditional food from the beautiful & culturally rich state of Himachal Pradesh. A common way to celebrate any occasion in Himachal is to treat family & friends with a feast known as “Dhaam or Dham” and since every moment you spend in “Himaal” is a celebration then it is only appropriate that we give you a taste of this delicious feast as well.
Café Dhaam serves a set “Himachali Thali” consisting of mouth-watering dishes from two main parts of the state known for its food - Kangra & Mandi and since our thali requires a lot of love & attention, we prepare it on pre-order only.
Timings:In-house guests: 12 Noon till 9 PM
Outside guests: 12 Noon to 5 PM

There is something for everyone at “Himaal” and when it comes to food we just don’t want to stop at traditional local cuisine and therefore we present to you “Café Base Camp”. It is our love letter to all the places we have travelled through the Himalayas and the mouth-watering food we have eaten there. Whether it is Pahado Wali Maggi with Hot Cutting Chai or Tibetan Thukpa with Steamed Momos, we have curated our favorites at one place.
Enjoy these lip-smacking dishes & refreshing drinks like Oreo Milkshake, Passion Fruit Iced Tea & Local Buransh Sharbat etc. at our Base Camp aka Garden area.

Himaal Dining Hall @ 1st Floor
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for a reason, and we ensure that you start your day on a high with a mix of healthy & indulgent food options like power packed Muesli with choices of super seeds, Grilled Sandwich, Stuffed Paranthas & Idli Sambhar etc.
You can enjoy this spread from the comfort of our Dining Hall located at 1st Floor which has been tastefully designed & decorated with items from all over the “Himalayas”. The space is equipped with a 65 Inch LED Smart TV connected to a 5.1 Home Theatre System & is a perfect venue for our “Friday Movie Nights”.
