It is our humble request you to please go through the below points before booking your stay at “Himaal” so there are no surprises when you finally visit us:House Rules/Terms & Conditions
- Check in time: 2 PM (Available till 9 PM)
- Check out Time: 12 Noon (Available as early as 8 AM)
- Early Check-In or Late Check-Out are subject to availability and at an extra cost.
- Breakfast timings: 9 AM to 10.30 AM on 1st Floor
- Last Dinner Order: 7.30 to 8 PM | Last Dinner Service: 9 to 9.30 PM
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Pets are not allowed.
- We do not cook & serve Non vegetarian food like chicken, meat and fish etc. Our menu is vegetarian but we have some dishes with egg in it for which separate cookware is used. Consumption of outside food in rooms & public areas is not allowed.
- Smoking Cigarettes, Hookah etc. are not allowed inside the rooms, washroom & most public areas. Guests are requested to please use the rooftop area for smoking or balcony of Room 3,4,5,6,7 & 8.
- Drinking alcohol is not allowed in the Garden, Dining hall, Lounge & Lobby Areas. Guests can either drink in the privacy of their room or use the rooftop area. Guests are requested to drink responsibly without loud music.
- Any damage caused to our assets like Crockery, Décor Pieces, Plants, Glass Items, Gadgets, Towels, Linen, Furniture etc. will be charged in the final bill at the time of Check-Out.
- We are a “Travel Sustainable” Property and hence we do not organize bonfires or use coal in any part of our property.
- We will be requesting you to wear our clean footwear to access the inner areas and keep your shoes in the shoe racks at the entrance which has room wise sections with individual shoes bags. Your footwear will remain with you till you Check-out and no other guest will use them during your stay to ensure proper hygiene. You are free to use your clean personal slippers as well or ask us for shoe covers if required. Himaal is our home and we need your support to keep it clean for everyone.
- We do not have accommodation facility for accompanying drivers, we can suggest stay options for them nearby for which payment will be made directly by guest or driver. Drivers are free to use our public restroom to freshen up, we can also provide them a blanket & hot water for bath.
- Please note we do not have Lift/Elevator in our property and our staff will assist you with your luggage during Check-In & Check-Out.
- Please note that tempo travellers cannot reach our property parking and they will have to stop approximately 200 Meters before our location, our staff will assist you with your luggage.
- We do not have in house laundry service but there is a laundry shop nearby which can pick & drop your laundry from our property. Payment for the same will be collected directly by them.
- Valid Indian Identity Proof is required for Check-in like Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License or Voter ID. PAN Card is not acceptable.
- Passport with valid Indian Visa Number is mandatory for foreign nationals & Non-resident Indians.
- Himaal reserves the right to evacuate a guest in case of any unruly behaviour.
